All work is carried out in accordance with BS7671 (IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition).
Domestic installations. The installation will comply with Part P of the Building Regulations (2005).
Where required, on completion Bright Spark Electrical Services (Bright Sparks Commercial Ltd) will issue the relevant certification and inform your local building control office of the nature and extent of the works carried out.
Bright Spark Electrical Services guarantees all work for a period of 12 months from completion, provided that the work is not altered or interfered with in any way (including third party repairs).
Materials and components are subject to manufacturer's warranty.
All Domestic installation work is covered by the NICEIC 6 year insurance-backed Warranty Scheme.
Power may be shut off as the work is carried out and a temporary supply maybe fitted.
Flooring may be lifted to provide access. In order to run new cables the contractor may need to open channels in the ceilings and walls, we will fill these channels to a bonding coat only.
The above may not apply to every project and your electrician will advise you on the day.
Bright Spark Electrical Services will take every care to avoid damage during the execution of works, however, dependent on the age of the property and the type of work contracted it is possible that some slight damage may be inevitable, i.e. cracking or breaking of dried floorboards, cracks to plaster near channelling, carpets not refitting tightly.
We cannot be held responsible for repairs to such damage.
Bright Spark Electrical Services, will require the full payment of submitted invoice and this required when the works have been completed.
Interim / Prepayments should these monies are not paid / dellayed, we will not return to complete any further works until paid in full.
Upon completion, the balance of the monies owed will become due.
Larger projects may require interim payments, and this will be agreed in advance. Bright Spark Electrical Services accept most methods of payment including BACS, Cards and Cheques.
All materials including fittings, cables and other components remain the property of Bright Spark Electrical Services until full and final payment is made.
Any problems with goods supplied or work done must be reached to us in writing within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
In the event of non-payment for whatever reason, all legal fees & recovery costs will be met by the debtor.
Please note that all invoices not settled within our payment terms will be referred to our Debt Recovery Agents, and will be subject to their surcharge plus VAT in lieu of recovery charges.

Our timer on our central heating went and my husband was miles away at work,it was early evening when I phoned karen, but straight away she told me not to worry,to send a photo of the timer and she'd sort it out,and she did, an electrician came out with a new timer fitted it and was gone, brilliant service from start to finish, will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them

Karen runs a great company. She is that very rare breed of taking care, respecting and rewarding her employees. In turn, Terry who carried out our work showed due care and attention and completed works with such professionalism. He interacted with my inquisitive little boy who may, one day may, become an electrician - he certainly had a great role.model to follow!
