The two guys from Bright Sparks arrived promptly as arranged. Took their outdoor boots off before making their way to the job - a nice touch . Efficient, pleasant; I could not have asked for more. When the invoice arrived I was also pleasantly surprised. Overall a good experience 10/10
…. just to say how pleased I have been with the service we have received from Bright Sparks. I have arranged many quotes for work to the property over the past 3 years and your company has consistently returned my calls and emails in a timely way which is much appreciated. You have provided knowledgeable, friendly advice about the work that needed to be done and offered well priced quotes. The work has been completed quickly to a high standard. I'd definitely recommend you to others. Thank you.
We are very pleased with the high standard of the recent work carried out by Bright Spark and would happily recommend the service. We were particularly impressed by the quick response to our online enquiry and the email follow up by Karen after the job had been completed. We will definitely use her for any electrical job in the future.
I had a number of light fittings that weren't working and, on a recommendation from a friend, called Bright Spark. Karen called in to evaluate and price the work the same day and sent one of her colleagues, to carry it out before the end of the week. It was a very impressive response and the work was done to an excellent standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bright Spark, and it's reassuring to know such a reliable firm exists the next time I need an electrician.
Thank you for sending us Phil to restore light to all corners of our home. Most agreeable and efficient gentleman who didn't flinch visibly at the dusty mysterious corners where ancient wires lay in ceiling space and appliances wired from the dark ages.
